    *Saturday, Sunday, and holidays are not considered business days for order processing. For example, 2nd day delivery orders placed on Friday will not be shipped until Monday. 2nd day delivery is not available for orders containing fragrances.


    On occasion, such as large sales events, there may be a slight delay in processing your order. We make every effort to process your order as quickly as we can.



    If you are not satisfied with your online purchase, you may return unused articles with their original tags attached within 30 days of receipt. Please note that our perfumes can't be returned. For hygienic reasons, final sale on all earrings, underwear, swimwear and face masks. Final sale items will be indicated on each applicable item and cannot be returned or exchanged at any time. We reserve the right to refuse return of any merchandise that does not meet our return requirements.

    For gifts purchased on between November 1, 2022 through December 15, 2022, that are unused and with their original tags attached, can be returned for a refund until January 15, 2023. Refunds for all transactions will be issued to the original form of payment. We are unable to exchange gifts. For gifts purchased outside of the time frame, our standard 30 day return policy applies.

    How to submit your return:
    - Select “Request a return here” in your shipping confirmation email or click on this return link here
    - If you have an account with us, log into your account on our website and select “Order History”, then select “Request Return” in the Order History page

    Next, follow these steps:
    - Please select the product(s) you want to return and provide the reason of your return.

    Return option 1: Download and print return label
    - Once you submit your return form, you will be able to download your return label from our site or from the return confirmation email you receive from us. The return label is pre-paid and pre-addressed.  No additional postage is required. A return shipping fee of $9.95 will be deducted from your refund amount for using the return label provided.
    - Please stick the return label provided in your shipped box on top of the shipping label and bring your package to the nearest FedEx location. Please make sure you keep the shipping receipt as proof.

    Return option 2: Return in store
    You have the possibility to return your order in one of our official Scotch & Soda Stores within the US.  You can find your closest official store via our Storefinder

    Return option 3: Send it yourself
    We highly recommend for our customers to use the pre-paid return label.  However, if you do not wish to use the return label provided, you can send the item back to the following address. We recommend that all returns be sent with a traceable carrier such as USPS, UPS or FedEx. Keep the return tracking number from the package you are returning to ensure that the package is returned to our warehouse. Please note, Scotch & Soda is not responsible for packages sent with a return label not provided by us and you will be returning the package at your own expense.

    Once we receive your returned items, all goods will be inspected. Articles must be returned undamaged and the original labels must be attached. Any item in unsuitable condition will be rejected. We will refund the returned goods within 14 days to the account you paid with.

    For security reasons, we do not allow hand delivery of returns to our warehouse. Please note, we don’t accept returns of Scotch & Soda items purchased from third-party retailers. Please directly contact the third-party retailer where you made your purchase for information on their return policy.
