Yes! If you've already got an online account, you automatically become a member.
There are actually three ways to sign up as a member: via our website, app or in one of our stores.
Sign up for our newsletter via your digital account page or at the bottom of our website.
All that's left to do is to create a password, which you can do via the store account creation email we've sent you, or by going to our website and creating an account online. Please fill in the same email address you gave our team in-store, and we'll finalise your digital Club Soda account for you.
Unfortunately, we aren't able to add your in-store purchases to your digital account just yet. But we're working hard to make this possible for you very soon.
No worries! You can simply request a new one. Just go to our login page and click "forgot password". Enter your email address and we'll send you an e-mail with instructions on how to create a new password. If you're having trouble, our consumer care team will be more than happy to help!

A digital member card will be created for you automatically after you've created an account. You can access your digital member card – including your personal QR code – on your account page via our app or website. You'll also receive a welcome email that'll include your digital member card. You can then download and add your digital member card to your mobile wallet for easy access.

You can manage all your data from your account. For example, you can change your name, email address, password, or telephone number, or add or change your standard delivery address.
Having a digital-only member card has lots of benefits. It won't take up any space in your wallet, and you'll always have it with you on the go – either on your Scotch & Soda app or in your mobile wallet. If you do prefer to have a physical copy, you can always print it!
The correct handling of your personal data is extremely important to us. Nevertheless, you may have a reason to want to delete your account. You can of course always inform us of this via the contact form on our website. We will then delete all data that can be traced back to you as quickly as possible (except the data that we are permitted or obligated to keep by law).
