How should a girls’ blazer fit?

1. Unless you’ve opted for a longline or cropped blazer, the hem of your little girl's blazer should drop close to her hipbone.
2. It’s important that a young girls blazer fits across the shoulders too. This doesn’t mean tight, rather that there’s no sagging. Make sure your little one can move their arms and turn easily. If not, you’ll probably need a size up.
3. Unless you’ve opted for an open-front girls blazer, the blazer should button up without the need for pulling. If your little one finds it difficult to close, you’ll need a size up. If the fit looks a little baggy when closed, you probably need a smaller size.
4. If your little girl is in between sizes, it’s best to go a size up as this is not only easier to adjust but will also ensure longevity.
