Momentarily there could be some restrictions in delivering your order. The situation is ever evolving, and we will continue to communicate any operational changes to you. Thanks to the amazing help from our carriers, we are currently still able to ship orders to you.

Your package will be delivered within 2-4 working days after you place an order. We ship our packages with Colissimo and UPS.

A signature may be required on receipt. If you are not around to take the delivery of your parcel, the carrier will leave a calling card telling you how to collect your package. Via the track n trace from your shipping e-mail, you can follow the status of your parcel. Alternatively, the carrier will try 2 more times to deliver the package.

If the delivery of the parcel is not succeeded, the parcel will go return sender and we will not ship your package again. Please note that we are unable to change a delivery address once the order has been dispatched. Per carrier there are different options to adjust your address.
