Momentarily there could be some restrictions in delivering your order. The situation is ever evolving, and we will continue to communicate any operational changes to you. Thanks to the amazing help from our carriers, we are currently still able to ship orders to you.

Your package will be delivered within 2-7 working days after you place an order. A signature may be required on receipt. If you are not around to take the delivery of your parcel, the carrier will leave a calling card telling you how to collect your package. Alternatively the carrier will try 2 more times to deliver the package. Please note that we are unable to change a delivery address once the order has been dispatched and we will not ship your package again if you weren’t able to collect your package.


Returns online

For all online purchases we’ve extended our returns period to 60 days.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your online purchase, you may return unused articles within 60 days of receipt (own expense). The articles must be returned undamaged and with their labels attached. Online orders can’t be returned to other stores. Please note that our fragrances and detergent can’t be returned.

To return your order, please fill in the complete return form you have received and attach it to your package. Please send the package to the following address:

Once we receive your return, all goods will be inspected. Articles must be returned undamaged and with their labels attached. Any item in unsuitable condition will be sent back to you. A refund of the returned goods will be made within 14 days to the card you used for the original purchase. Shipping costs are on your expense. Since we are not responsible for any items that are sent to us in error, we recommend using a postal service that insures the value of your returned products or gives you a proof of posting.

At an official Scotch & Soda store
In Germany and Austria, you can return your order at our official Scotch & Soda stores for free (including Outlet Stores).
1. Fill in your return form and take it with you to the store or make sure to have the packing slip or order confirmation with you
2. The articles must be returned undamaged and with their labels attached
3. If the returned items comply with the return policy, you will receive a delivery confirmation. Please keep it for further reference
4. Within 14 days, the purchase amount of the returned items will be refunded to the account you used for the initial purchase

Unfortunately, online articles cannot be exchanged. The store is not able to refund online articles.
