Home Delivery
We ship our parcels with UPS throughout Switzerland. Your package will be delivered within 2-4 working days after you place an order. Once the order is dispatched you will receive a tracking link in your shipping e-mail. With the link you can follow the status of your parcel. Occasionally the carrier will send you e-mail notifications to keep you updated with your shipment. If you are not around at the time of delivery of your parcel, the carrier will leave a calling card or sends you an e-mail telling you how/where to collect or receive your package. A signature may be required on receipt. Alternatively on some occasions the carrier will try 1 or more times to deliver the package. If the final delivery attempt is not successful, the shipment will be returned to the sender, and we can't re-send your package.

Pick-Up Point
You can also choose to deliver the package directly at a pick-up point in your area.

Change delivery address
Please note that we cannot change a delivery address once the order has been shipped. There are several options available per postal carrier to change your address. We will not ship your package again if it returns to our warehouse.

Import duties
Your order will be shipped from The Netherlands. You need to pay import duties and fees upon delivery with UPS.
*Please note: If you place an order below 140 CHF, shipping costs of 10 CHF will be charged. The shipping costs are excluding import duties & taxes. These costs may be charged upon delivery.


If for any reason you are not satisfied with your online purchase, you may return unused articles within 60 days of receipt (own expense). The articles must be returned undamaged and with their labels attached. You can return the items by post/courier. Please note that our fragrances and detergent can’t be returned.

If you decide to return an item, please use our Online Return Portal, as this is the most sustainable option. If you prefer paper, you can also download our return form here.

To return your order, please fill in the complete return form you have received and attach it to your package. Please send the package to the following address:

Once we receive your return, all goods will be inspected. Articles must be returned undamaged and with their labels attached. Any item in unsuitable condition will be sent back to you. A refund of the returned goods will be made within 14 days to the card you used for the original purchase. Shipping costs are on your expense. Since we are not responsible for any items that are sent to us in error, we recommend using a postal service that insures the value of your returned products or gives you a proof of posting.

Unless you have expressly agreed otherwise, we will refund you by using the same payment method you used to purchase the item. In any case, there will be no charge for this refund.

Unfortunately, it's not possible to exchange items.
