If your payment method is authorized, your order will begin processing. Your payment method will only be charged when your order has been shipped from our warehouse. You will receive an email confirmation with your order details and tracking information for your package.
Delivery
You will be notified by e-mail when your order has shipped, including its tracking number. If you have an account, you can login and check "My Orders" for the current status of your order. 
Processing and shipping time takes 2-7 business days. We try our best to send packages within 48 hours, with the exception of weekends and during bank holidays. After your order is shipped you will receive a tracking number by e-mail. Please note during large sales events, there might be a slight delay in processing your order.
Unfortunately we are unable to change a delivery address once the order has been submitted. Please note that we won’t ship your package again if you weren’t able to collect your package.
We currently offer Canada Post Standard.

Yes, the products are now shipped from Canada.
We no longer charge customs and import fees. Canadian orders will only be charged provincial taxes associated with the shipping address provided.
Returning
If for any reason, you are not satisfied with your online purchase, please submit your online request form by following the instructions on this link: https://www.scotch-soda.com/ca/en/return-request

Returns

If for any reason, you are not satisfied with your online purchase, you may return unused articles with their original tags attached within 30 days of receipt (own expense). Please note that our perfumes can't be returned. For hygienic reasons, final sale on all earrings, underwear, swimwear and face masks. Final sale items will be indicated on each applicable item and cannot be returned or exchanged at any time. We reserve the right to refuse return of any merchandise that does not meet our return requirements.

If you have received a defective item, please contact Customer Service at consumercare@scotch-soda.com with a photo of the defective item.
For gifts purchased on www.scotch-soda.com between November 1, 2022 through December 15, 2022, that are unused and with their original tags attached, can be returned for a refund until January 15, 2023. Refunds for all transactions will be issued to the original form of payment. We are unable to exchange gifts. For gifts purchased outside of the time frame, our standard 30 day return policy applies.

How to submit your return:
- Select “Request a return here” in your shipping confirmation email or click on this return link https://www.scotch-soda.com/ca/en/return-request/
- If you have an account with us, log into your account on our website and select “Order History”, then select “Request Return” in the Order History page

Next, follow these steps:
- Please select the product(s) you want to return and provide the reason of your return.

Return option 1: Download and print return label
- Once you submit your return form, you will be able to download your return label from our site or from the return confirmation email you receive from us. The return label is pre-paid and pre-addressed.  No additional postage is required. A return shipping fee of C$9.95 will be deducted from your refund amount for using the return label provided.
- Please stick the return label provided in your shipped box on top of the shipping label and bring your package to the nearest FedEx location. Please make sure you keep the shipping receipt as proof.

Return option 2: Send it yourself
We highly recommend for our customers to use the pre-paid return label.  However, if you do not wish to use the return label provided, you can send the item back to the following address. Make sure you include the original invoice inside the package. If you misplaced your invoice, please include your name and order number inside the package. We recommend that all returns be sent with a traceable carrier. Keep the return tracking number from the package you are returning to ensure that the package is returned to our warehouse. Please note, Scotch & Soda is not responsible for packages sent with a return label not provided by us and you will be returning the package at your own expense.

Visit a Scotch & Soda store and return your online order in person. Please visit our store locator to find your nearest location.

Once we receive your returned items, all goods will be inspected. Articles must be returned undamaged and the original labels must be attached. Any item in unsuitable condition will be rejected. We will refund the returned goods within 14 days to the account you paid with.

For security reasons, we do not allow hand delivery of returns to our warehouse. Please note, we don’t accept returns of Scotch & Soda items purchased from third-party retailers. Please directly contact the third-party retailer where you made your purchase for information on their return policy.

Unfortunately we aren’t able to exchange your return. Once we receive your return in good condition, we will refund the returned articles within 14 working days. If the article you are looking for is still available, you can make a new order in our webstore.
If you have received a defective or faulty item from an online purchase, please contact Customer Service at consumercare.outlet@scotch-soda.com with a photo of the defective item within 3 months of the purchase date.

If you purchased an article more than 3 months ago and it is now damaged, unfortunately we are unable to offer you a compensation. If this was a production fault, the damage would have appeared within the 3 months. We would kindly like to remind you that the way the article is worn and washed has a big influence on the fabric.
As soon as we receive your return in our warehouse, we will notify you by e-mail. Please note that it takes a while to process your return. A refund will follow within 14 working days.
A refund is made within 14 days of receiving your return order. The amount can only be refunded back to the original form of payment. Please note, due to the volume of orders and returns during the holidays, your refund can take up to 20 days.
If you have any issues or complaints about an article bought in a Scotch & Soda store, we recommend contacting one of our Scotch & Soda stores about this matter. They will be able to assist you. All our stores are listed in the Store Finder.

The confirmation page will appear after payment is submitted. A confirmation email will also be sent to your email address with the order information shortly after. An error message might appear. In this case, please contact Customer Service for further assistance at 1-845-4SCOTCH.
During certain promotional periods, you will be able to enter in the promotional code in “View shopping bag.” Promotional codes are seasonal and only apply if entered during checkout. We do not offer any adjustments.

Measure around chest at the fullest part. Keep your arms down.

2. Waist
Measure around natural waistline, the narrowest part above the belly button

3. Hip
Measure around the hip at the widest part

4. Inseam
Measure from top of inside leg at crotch to ankle bone

5. Body lengh
Measure from the top of the head down to the floor

Faulty article
You should inspect Scotch & Soda goods for any damages as soon as you receive them. If you think there is a defect, please let us know right away by contacting Customer Service consumercare@scotch-soda.com explaining what’s wrong and attaching photos to your message. We would be happy to help you. Please note that we must be notified within 7 days if any items received are defective or damaged.
If you have received a defective or faulty item from an online purchase, please contact Customer Service at consumercare@scotch-soda.com with a photo of the defective item within 3 months of the purchase date.

If you purchased an article more than 3 months ago and it is now damaged, unfortunately we are unable to offer you a compensation. If this was a production fault, the damage would have appeared within the 3 months. We would kindly like to remind you that the way the article is worn and washed has a big influence on the fabric.
