Holiday return policy

For gifts purchased on between November 1, 2020 through December 26, 2020, that are unused and with their original tags attached, can be returned for a refund until January 31, 2021. Refunds for all transactions will be issued to the original form of payment. For gifts purchased outside of the time frame, our standard 30 day return policy applies.

Unfortunately, at this time, we are not able to exchange your return. Your refund will be made in the original form of payment. Please note, due to the volume of orders and returns during the holidays, your refund can take up to 20 days.

If for any reason, you are not satisfied with your online purchase, you may return unused articles with their original tags attached within 30 days of receipt (own expense). Please note that our perfumes can't be returned. For hygienic reasons, final sale on all earrings, underwear, and swimwear. Final sale items will be indicated on each applicable item and cannot be returned or exchanged at any time. We reserve the right to refuse return of any merchandise that does not meet our return requirements.

Online orders cannot be returned to stores. Store purchases can only be returned at one of our retail stores.

If you have received a defective item, please contact Customer Service at with a photo of the defective item.

How to submit your return:
- Select “Request a return here” in your shipping confirmation email or click on this return link
- If you have an account with us, log into your account on our website and select “Order History”, then select “Request Return” in the Order History page

Next, follow these steps:
- Please select the product(s) you want to return and provide the reason of your return.

Return option 1: Use shipping label inside package
- Your package should contain a return label inside your package. The return label is pre-paid and pre-addressed.  No additional postage is required. A return shipping fee of C$ 7.95 will be deducted from your refund amount for using the return label provided in this package. If for some reason, you lost the pre-paid return label, please contact Customer Service at
- Once you confirm your return, you will receive a confirmation by e-mail.
- Please stick the return label provided in your shipped box on top of the shipping label and bring your package to the nearest Canada Post location. Please make sure you keep the shipping receipt as proof.
- Make sure you include the original invoice inside the package. If you misplaced your invoice, please include your name and order number inside the package.

Return option 2: Send it yourself
We highly recommend for our customers to use the pre-paid return label.  However, if you do not wish to use the return label provided, you can send the item back to the following address. Make sure you include the original invoice inside the package. If you misplaced your invoice, please include your name and order number inside the package. We recommend that all returns be sent with a traceable carrier. Keep the return tracking number from the package you are returning to ensure that the package is returned to our warehouse. Please note, Scotch & Soda is not responsible for packages sent with a return label not provided by us and you will be returning the package at your own expense.

Once we receive your returned items, all goods will be inspected. Articles must be returned undamaged and the original labels must be attached. Any item in unsuitable condition will be rejected. We will refund the returned goods within 14 days to the account you paid with.

For security reasons, we do not allow hand delivery of returns to our warehouse. Please note, we don’t accept returns of Scotch & Soda items purchased from third-party retailers. Please directly contact the third-party retailer where you made your purchase for information on their return policy.
