To our Scotch & Soda family,

Our thoughts and hearts go out to those people around the world impacted by the novel coronavirus (COVID-19). We are committed to doing what's best for our customers, our associates, and the public. With the guidance of public health officials and government agencies to prevent the spread of COVID-19, we have closed all Canada stores until further notice. We care about the health and safety of our community in which we operate and we cannot wait to welcome you back in our stores the moment it is safe again for you to come and visit us.

In the meantime, our web store remains open 24/7 at with an increased support system to better serve you during these difficult and uncertain times. Our mobile App also remains open and we will continue to be there for you in our social channels as well, hoping to inspire you and bring some distraction and happiness during this unprecedented time.

Although we recognize the coming days will be challenging, we are grateful for your support today and everyday. Stay safe, stay healthy, and together we will get through this.

Returns in-store

Our stores in North America are closed temporarily. We look forward to assisting you with your in-store returns and all other store inquiries once our locations re-open for business. Once re-opened, our store locations will honor a 14 day return policy. For updates about our stores, please visit here

For all online purchases we’ve extended our returns period to 90 days.
