Delivery

I live outside the European Union, does Scotch & Soda ship to my country?
We ship around the world and to most countries, with a maximum of 999 euro per individual order. This amount is excluding additional shipping fee. The shipping fee may vary per country and will be charged during check out (3rd step), based on your shipping address/country. Please note that if your country does not exist in the selective dropdown we do not deliver to this country.

When will my order arrive?
After your successful payment you will receive a "track and trace number." 90% of our orders are sent within 3 working days. Depending your country/area (and customs processing time) the shipping time may vary between 5 and 20 days.

What's my order status?
You can always check the status of your order by clicking on My Account in the navigation bar

Returns

I want to return my order, or a part of it, what should I do?
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your online order, for instance the size was not correct or you don't like the color, you can return the articles in the box that you received from us or other packages that will prevent the clothes against damaging. The articles must be returned undamaged and with their labels attached.

 

  • Online orders can only be brought back to this webstore, not to other stores.
  • Always include your order number(s) and preferably the picking list you received with your package.
  • Please note that we will not pay the shipping cost for these returns. We will refund you your returned product.

My goods are damaged. What Can I do?
You can always return goods if they are defective/faulty. You should inspect the Scotch & Soda goods as soon as you receive them for defects or damage. Please note that we must be notified within 8 working days if any items received are defective or damaged. So what should you do? The best way is to contact us first by sending an e-mail with pictures of the faulty products explaining what is wrong. After that we will issue a replacement if available or, if required by the customer, a refund. In case of damaged or faulty goods, the cost of returning the goods will be reimbursed to the customer. If you have any further questions or concerns about returning a purchase or cancelling an order then please don't hesitate to contact us.

How can I pay in the webstore?
There are several possibilities to pay in the webstore, Credit Card (Visa, Mastercard) and PayPal for all countries and for the Dutch customers there is the possibility to pay by iDeal.

Is it safe to use my Credit Card information online at Scotch & Soda?
Your credit card information and personal information are safe. Protecting your information is our highest priority. All orders are transmitted over secure internet connections using SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) encryption technology.

What payment method does Scotch & Soda accept?
We accept Mastercard, Visa, Paypal and iDeal. Can I order via e-mail, fax or telephone?
Due to security reasons we do not accept orders via telephone, fax or e-mail.

Do I need an account to place an order online?
Yes you will be asked to create an account online to place an order. You can also login using your existing facebook account that can create an account automatically.

I'm led back to my shopping bag. What now?
If you are led back to your shopping bag it is possible that an item is out of stock. If you press the button 'Update shopping bag' you will see what items are out of stock. Remove those from your order and you should be able to continue.

Technical

What if there is an error on the website?
Our web store should work properly. We built it with precision and considered every detail. However, if you find an error on the website, we would appreciate it if you contact us. Please send us an email to webstore@scotch-soda.com.

Facebook Login? What is that?
You can automatically create an account with Scotch & Soda by using the facebook login. This will saves time in placing your order. You can login from both a normal account or you can log in via your facebook account.

What do I do if I have forgotten my password or my password does not work?
If you have forgotten your password you can reset in on the log in page by using the "forgotten password function"

Products

Size Chart
Size charts are available next to each product item. Since our sizes may differ from standards, we made these charts so you can easily find your personal digits and compare it with our sizes. The table shows the common sizes. The size OS stands for one size. For men there is no size chart, because the sizes are regular fits.

How do I know if an item is in stock?
Most items are shown in stock. If a product does not appear in a specific size in the 'Size' dropdown, it means that specific size is not available anymore and the item is out of stock. Please be aware that even if an item is in your shopping bag, it can still be bought by another visitor who is also shopping on Scotch & Soda.

What if an article ran out of stock?
We do our best to keep the stock up to date, however, technical errors can always occur. If such a situation happens, don't hesitate to contact us by mail and we'll work the issue out.
