Customer Service Employee
For our office in Hoofddorp we are looking for a Customer Service employee to extend the team. This position is full time.
What will you be doing?
- The invoice of payment in advance
- The monitoring of payments and releasing assets before sending
- The maintaining of contact with various departments, mainly Logistic
- The maintaining of contact with customers and agents concerning the payment of invoices.
What will be expected from you?
- A relevant degree on at least Higher Vocational Studies (HBO) level;
- Resolving ability

Accountancy Worker (in the Netherlands) for our German Retail Company
Within our Retail Administration, we are looking for an experienced accountancy worker for our burgeoning German retail company. This is a full-time position at our office in Hoofddorp, the Netherlands.
What would you be doing?
- Maintaining creditor records for our German retail company
- Drawing up payments; booking bank statements and invoices
- Agreeing the level of clearing accounts
- Checking cash statements and keeping branch administration up to date
- Performing all other administrative tasks as they arise in this growing retail company
- Performing preparatory tasks for the benefit of the monthly closing and year-end accounts
Our expectations
- You are a graduate of Further or Higher Education at least equivalent to Dutch MBO and preferably HBO, majoring in accountancy/bookkeeping
- You have three to five years’ relevant work experience in administration
- You have experience of branch administration, preferably in Germany
- You have an excellent command of written and spoken German, preferably also a command of English
- You are well-acquainted with the Microsoft Office suite

E-commerce Manager
Scotch & Soda is looking for an E-commerce Manager, to manage the strong growing webstore activities. As an E-commerce Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing the e-commerce strategy and managing the e-commerce team.
Responsibilities:
- Develops and executes the e-commerce strategy
- Analyses, reviews, recommends and builds strategic and tactical changes that drive business profitability .
- P&L responsible webstore
- Manages the Consumer Care team and the E-commerce Marketing team

We are looking to expand our HR team with the addition of a Recruiter. The HR Recruiter will be responsible for the entire recruitment and selection process within the Wholesale & Retail Head Office. This is a 0.8 to 1.0 FTE vacancy for our office in Hoofddorp. You will be reporting to the COO.

National Sales Manager US Wholesale
We are looking to expand our Sales team in the US with the addition of a National Sales Manager US Wholesale.
Responsibilities:
- Managing the US Wholesale Sales teams (East and West Coast)
- Oversee all US Wholesale business including major department stores, national chains, e-commerce and speciality stores
- Creation of business plans and forecasts anticipated territory sales to guide company priorities and budgets
- Maintains knowledge of industry trends and competition to determine customer needs, volume potential and pricing schedule
- Acts as liaison between sales and other departments including marketing and design as voice of the customer and eyes and ears in the marketplace
- Prepares periodic sales reports showing sales volumes and potential sales

Web Analyst
We are looking to expand our web store team at our office in Hoofddorp with the addition of a web analyst.
This is a position for at least 32 hours per week.
What will you be doing?
You will be part of the web store team and as such you will be involved in its daily activities. Furthermore you will be working closely with your team on all the aspects of the business. As an (web)analyst amongst other, you will be responsible for:
- Monitoring and observing online campaigns (such as online advertising, search engine results) and the online behaviour of visitors of the website as well as the web store;
- Editing dashboards and providing the web store manager with clear/detailed web reports and analyses;
- Besides the drafting of web reports, you will also be responsible for related financial reports and some financial activities that complete an E-commerce store;
- Initiate and coordinate optimization processes, where you make use of techniques like A / B testing and multivariate testing;
- Besides the improvement of the sites on SEO level, you will be building different test and SEA campaigns together with the web store manager and the online marketing team;
- Maintaining and optimizing the different aspects of an analytics program. You will be using Google Analytics. As far as improvement of the websites goes, different methods are being used such as Visual Website Optimizer and Google Website Optimizer.
What will be expected from you?
- A relevant degree on at least Higher Vocational Studies (HBO) level;
- Excellent knowledge of the Dutch and English language, both spoken and written;
- At least 4 years experience in a similar position within an e-commerce environment;
- Experience in web analytics, A / B testing and multivariate testing, E-mail marketing, SEO and SEA;
